Hi,
I've bought a used C5235i. It works rather well considering the price I've paid. However, the device prints greys too dark. When printing this test image, the dark 50% of the two stripes are completely black. This doesn't only happen when printing but also when copying a grey , so it's not a driver issue.
All settings seem to be set to default and I've ran the Auto Gradiation Adjustment several times, to no avail.
Any ideas what could be wrong or which consumable of the device is faulty / at the end of its life?
Thanks
