Canon iPF605 Print & Share Bad Driver

john_coller

I want to alert Canon that there is a bad file on the Europe canon driver site.

The 32-bit Canon driver file for print and share v2.1.0 for the iPF605 doesn't work from the canon-europe download site, although the correct driver is on the Canon usa site.

imagePROGRAF Direct Print & Share for Windows (32bit), file name w1531mux_w_DPSv0210.exe (4,902,720 bytes)

The working file on the USA server is 21,847,712 bytes.

It brings up the error message that it is not a valid 32-bit Win32 application.

Is there any way to alert Canon that there is a bad file in the drivers section?

Hi john_coller!

Welcome to The Canon Forums, and thank you for your post!

We appreciate your participation, however we need to let you know The Canon Community Forum is hosted and moderated within the United States by Canon USA. We are only able to provide support for Canon products manufactured for and used within the US market.

If you live outside the United States, please click here and select your country or region for your support needs.

You are welcome to discuss Canon products sold outside of the United States, but please be aware that you will not receive support directly from Canon USA.

That being said, when you get to your country's support site, there should be a "Contact Us" option, and you should be able to email Canon Europe to alert them of the file error on their site.
