Canon Maxify GX5020 Stopped Pulling Paper

Tis printer worked fine up until a few minutes ago. I successfully ran the feed roller cleaning two days ago. Now it won't pull even regular printer paper using the feed roller cleaning. I looked in the manual and it says to clean the roller using a cloth but you can't reach it because it's way inside of the feed area. Any suggestion? The roller actually looks clean. Maybe it's something else?

1. What error code do you get along with the paper feed message?

2. What size and type of paper are you trying to print on?

3. Are you loading paper into the front cassette or is it the top paper tray?

Haha, well I posted this one year ago (see the date above) so the response is a bit late. Canon has replaced my printer since then
