My printer started to print lots of blue smudges on both sides of any print job when there was a color graphic included. If it's black and white no problems. I cleaned the Fixing Unit and the ITB per the menu. I check the toner levels and everything appears to be OK - should I just replace the Cyan toner cartridge? Is there some other filter that maybe needs cleaning?
I have had this printer @ 2 years and never had it cleaned...I am only on my second round of cartridges, I am not a heavy user.
I don't want to waste on if I don't have to...
