Canon MF731/733 Print quality good from one laptop; poor from a different laptop

I  have a Canon MF 731 wireless connected to a home network.  Printing wirelessly from my Lenova Yoga 901 is good quality.  Printing wirelessly from my wife's Lenova Yoga 901 yeilds pink smudges over the entire pages on a black and white print (including test page print).   Tried computer restart; printer delete and re-install (haven't deleted the driver software).  Her printer setup is set to auto color/bw

Appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks in advance

Are both computers using the same printing software and printing the same file?
