Printers is installed on a Win 10 hard-wired network. Prints fine, but scan function will not save scan to designated Scanned Documents subdirectory on specified computer (prints error page instead). I have followed steps to uninstall drivers, remove Toolbox in Safe Mode, resintall Win10 drivers, reinstall Toolbox in Safe Mode, but still no success.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
