I have a Canon LBP622/623C laser printer. It has started creating ridges down the middle which, as far as I can tell, are coming from the 2 raised ridges on the feeder that feeds the printed page into the tray on top. This is causing color runs and marks through the printed page. Any idea of how I can fix this?

Hello sarahwsapp,
If you are getting ridges in the middle of the paper, I would suggest removing the toner cartridge and removing the paper guide to check for any jams or obstructions. You can find the steps to remove the toner and paper guide in the link provided HERE.
If you do not see any obstructions in the paper path, it looks like there is something wrong with the paper feed. To see what service options are available, you can use the link provided HERE to create or log into you Canon account to see what service options that you have.
