I have an ImageClass MF4350d printer and it keeps saying that there is a paper jam. I have checked everywhere and there is not a jam. I've checked in the paper draw, under the printer cartridge and in the back cover. I've turned it off and unplugged it and then turned it back on. I still receive the same paper jam message and it tells me to lift the panel to open the toner cover. Any other suggestions???
Thanks
Cathy

I have the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

Does the printer give you a procedure to follow? My MF8350cdn does.
Did you lift the panel as it says? Take out the toner cartridges to look for paper, whole or in pieces.
Also open the document feeder to look.

It does not. Just beeps and flashes paper jam. I've removed the cartridge, opened the back and even used canned air to try to force an errant piece of paper out. I cleaned the rollers as well as suggested in another post. I'm tempted to take the whole thing apart and see what I can find.
