Hi I have a Canon IRC2380i. I am having a couple of print problems and would appreciate any advice.
1. The print copies have an intermittent error. There is a mark on the page that appears to be created by moisture? Several letters (or parts of an image) in a line will be printed again further along the page surrounded by a oily/transparent look. This does not appear on all copies and if you are doing a run of 100 or so it will come and go throughtout the run. This always occurs in a similar place on the pages where it happens.
2. The colours appear generally faded and grainy. I am using original Canon toner. And have carried out the basic clean programme on the machine, but it does not seem to have helped.
Any suggestions regarding these faults would be appreciated.
Thanks
