Hello,
I am trying to get Canon C5030 work.
1) When printing from MS Word there are while horizontal lines.
Developing rolling looks good like a new (and usually if it is developing rolling there are vertical black lines).
So I originally wanted to buy a new drum unit black $350, but not sure if it solves issue. not cheap to try.
Toner??? Level says - OK, no need to change toner.
Though Toner is compatible, not Canon original.
Attached the sample.
2) Also broblem with CMYK/RGB printing
So from MS Word, black color more or less normal,
but when print picture the colors not good, most likely it is also related to black

Setup a new drum unit, and the same white lines... Please help! Please post your suggestions.

after clean laser unit windows prints good. thanks everybody!
