My office recently acquired these printes and we have had nothing but problems. Notably when we tap our pass to print the machine says to load paper but all the trays are full of paper. What can be done to fix the issue?

whenever you get that message press the status/monitor button(left of lcd panel) and check in the upper left corner of panel
to see what type of paper the machine is asking for and from which paper source it is trying to take from.You may simply need to chenge driver preferences/settings.
