Trying to print <Third party link removed per Community Guidelines> and I get a error message. No idea what is wrong. I am passing the wireless route because of problems and went the easy route with the USB cable. Unfortunately it does not work. What could be wrong?

Nor can I guess as to what the error is. If the error message was more helpful then I would not be here. As to the OS, sorry I thought that was obvious, I was wrong, my apologies. My OS is Windows 10 latest build and I know about the site you linked too, thank you. I was there before coming here. As my standard practice. Thank you for answering.
