Basic settings tab missing

Hi folks

We have a server farm set up here with 6 terminal servers and printers loaded locally on each server. When printing to either our C5240 or c7260 on two of our servers the basic settings tab in printer preferences is missing. On the other 4 servers it is fine. Exactly the same drivers loaded on all servers and in fact all of them were created as virtual machines from one windows image. I have checked everything I can think but can figure out what is different

Any ideas ???

Ok, so just reinstalling the same driver fixed it
