After updating W10 update 1903, Canon scanner stop working. Deleting/ Installing Canon driver does not help.
Tried to start Canon MF Netword Scan utility --> won't start
Printing works fine.

Hi Cortlex.
So that we can best assist you, is there an error message that appears on the computer when you attempt to start the scan? Also, have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and scan utility by following the instructions below?
1. On your computer, open [Control Panel] > [Devices and Printers].
2. Right-click on the MF240 Series printer, and then select [Remove Device].
3. Return to [Control Panel], and then select [Programs] or [Programs and Features] > [Uninstall a Program].
4. Double-click on the MF Scan Utility, and then follow the prompts to uninstall the files.
5. Next, double-click on the MF240 Series, and then follow the prompts to uninstall the files.
5. Restart the computer.
Once the computer restarts, please click the link below to download and reinstall the drivers:
MF240SeriesMFDriverV2175W64usEN.exe
After the drivers have been reinstalled, scan a document.

I followed these steps, but it didn't work. I'm still getting the message: "MF Scan Utility that is supported by the scanner you are using may not be installed on your computer. Install the appropriate MF Scan Utility, and then perform the operation again."
