Does mf643cdw support 5Ghz wifi ? Specification says nothing about it

If it doesn't claim support for 5G in its specs, it doesn't.
MF643cdw supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n (2.4Ghz) only.

To add to Shadowsports' information, connecting the MF643Cdw to the network via Ethernet will allow it to communicate with devices using both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi. Whether a 2.4 GHz connected device can communicate with a 5 GHz connected device on your network will rely entirely on the router or modem controlling the wireless communications.
