canon selphy CP-1300 Paper Tray and Ink cartridge

Hello,

I have just bought a Canon Selphy CP-1300 on November 23, 2020 and would like to know if I want to print on the 2x3 photo paper is it safe to switch out both the 4x6 photo tray and the ink cartridge that came with the 4x6.  Or should I leave the ink cartridge that came with the 4x6 and just switch out the 4x6 photo tray to the 2x3 photo tray.

You may just switch out the paper cassette.
