I tried to print something the other day and the mobile app couldn't connect to the printer because a firmware update was needed. I downloaded the update but an error message popped up saying it couldn't proceed because the battery was low. I fully charged the printer and I went to download the update but it still told me the battery was too low. I've tried to update it multiple times and it tells me the battery is too low every time but I know it's fully charged. I also cannot update it while it's plugged in.
