Selphy CP910 won't reconize new ink cartridge.

My Selphy CP910 does not reconize a new ink cartridge. It keeps giving me the error message to replace the ink cartridge, which I have done many times . It will not print. Is there any hope for it?

So there is no solution to this problem? I also put in new ink cartridges and the selphy cp910 is not reading it!

The only solution I found was to buy a new printer. Even the videos about taking the printer apart did not help.
