IVY CLIQ 2 shows white line and flashing red light

I finally learned how to turn on and I got the white line took picture then I got a flashing red light which didn’t stop then I have had to charge camera again is this normal camera had a full charge before I turned it on

Hi,

A white line then flashing red means the battery is low. I recommend making sure the Ivy is fully charged before use.
