Selphy CP910 drivers in not install

SelphyCP910

I have a windows 10 laptop.  Through the printer settings I connect to the access point via WI-FI Network.   I downloaded the 64 bit drivers from the Canon website for my Selphy CP910.  I unzipped and open the install setup wizard as administrator. Select USA, agree to usage terms, choose use with a wireless network, then the search for printer screen send a pop window with the following message:  The printer could not be detected.  The printer is turned on an is connected to my access point.  Tried call for technical support after sign up for a my Canon account and creating a support ticket.   When I call the support tech line 800 652-2666.  It does not recognize my phone number.  I verified the my phone is correct in my account setting.  So I need help with getting the drivers installed for my CP910.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The SELPHY CP910 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

And in regards to calling in for service, we look up your account via caller ID so you want to make sure you're calling in from the same number that's on your registration or else we won't be able to find you.

Hope this all helps!
