SELPHY CP910 False "Ink Cartridge Empty" Message

Canon selfie printer keep getting error message ink cartridges, empty add new ink cartridge. I am using a Canon ink cartridge and have taken it in and out at least 10 times, unplugged it turn power on and off but I continue to get the ink cartridge. Empty error message.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The SELPHY CP910 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
