Greetings: When I crop a photo in a 3rd party editor to a 3:2 aspect ratio and send it to my Selphy something is scaling the photo so that I lose ~4mm on all four sides. In other words, the photo is printed a bit larger than I intended. This makes it quite difficult to accurately crop a photo.
My setup: Windows 10; Using several 3rd party editors; Japanse post card size; borderless printing; any scaling.
Is this a Windows 10 driver issue, a setting in the Selphy or something else? I'd love to having things come out a little closer to WSIWIG than they are.

Hi in2mnts,
The SELPHY CP1300 has built in margins when printing with borders:

Hey Patrick. in2mnts had specified in their post in bold that it was happening on all four sides. The perforation is only on two sides so that wouldn't explain the loss of 4mm. The same thing is happening for me with my CP1500 when printing from MacOS.
It's not that the print is getting cut off, it's almost as those 4m don't even get sent to the printer because I can see extra print above the perforation, but not those missing 4mm.

Hi Andwalsh,
When printing borderlessly, the image is enlarged and some of the image will be printed outside of the paper edges.
Please make sure that your image has a 2:3 aspect ratio.

Hey Patrick. Thanks for your quick response. Good to know that this is an expected behaviour and not a bug.
Is this mentioned in any of the printer's documentation around borderless printing? It should be stated clearly that this happens.
Thankfully I crop most of the images I'm printing so I will just leave the extra 0.5 CM for future prints.
