SELPHY CP1300 Won’t Print from iPhone

Keeps saying failed to communicate to printer. Both printer and phone are on same network. And it has been granted local access on the app. So now what?

Hi,

Turn the printer off, restart the router and then turn the printer back on once your network is up. Confirm the printer is still on the same network, then remove and reinstall the Canon print inkjet/selphy app and try to print.

Because there are many causes of the issue you are experiencing, it is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your SELPHY CP1300 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it for you quickly via phone or chat.
