Hello, I have a nine year old probably older Canon CP800 Selphy Printer. I got it out my storage after a long period of time. It still turns on and works, but when I went to add a new ink cartridge it got jammed. I tried to remove it but the ink cartridge won't come out. Any advice on how to fix it, or any informations if canon recycle their printers? Does canon fix their printers? Or should I just throw it away and buy a new one? Thank you

Since that printer has been retired, it will be very difficult to have it repaired.
In terms of recycling, check if your local city has any eWaste collections. Or, if you're near a Best Buy, many locations provide a free drop-off of eWaste items. Other stores may offer the same.
