I bought this printer a few years ago, and barely used it. I had it in the original box and kept is safe.
I pulled it out, and it's flashing orange/white four times. I tried to change the print head. It didn't work. I tried to change the ink. No change. I tried the resets I could find (unplugging, pressing two buttons five times)... it didn't work. I tried turning off my house internet, that didn't work either. I cleaned under the printhead... no difference.
The printer still has the brand new electronic scent. I'm spending hours and hours on this, and I'm hoping someone else figured this out.
