I have a PIXMA ip110 printer that I just bought and when I start it up I get error code flashing. I get 5 flashes then a pause. I looked it up and saw that it has to do with the print head. I put new ink cartridges in but I keep getting the. If anyone can help me. I am trying to connect using my android phone.

Hello!
Your PIXMA iP110 printer's 5-flash error indicates a print head issue. Ensure the print head is properly installed and clean it if necessary. Try resetting the printer by turning it off and unplugging it for a few minutes. Check for firmware updates on the Canon My Results ATT website. To connect your printer to an Android phone, download the Canon PRINT app, follow the setup instructions, and register your printer.

Hi so I am not having any luck with any of that. I can't reset the printer and it is still flashing. I have tried cleaning the print head and installing it correctly but I continue getting the flashes. I have not been able to connect to the printer as I believe I have to do it using a computer so I'll do that later. I need help resting the printer. The flashing does not let me do anything.
