PIXMA TR150-Black not printing

I purchased the PIXMA TR150 2 years ago. I used it then it sat for a long time without use.  Now I've tried all of the cleaning, and cleaned the print heads with hot water as well.  I had new ink that I'd purchased in the cellophane wrapper, and the ink is showing up as available (half full after deep cleanings), but this is how it is printing out.  The second C is blank, and the BK is blank.  What is the next step to having a usable printer?IMG_9073.JPG

Hi judys,

Because having new ink and performing printhead cleanings did not get color to print correctly, your PIXMA TR150 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

You can also try replacing the printhead.  Please note, that there are no guarantees that doing this will resolve the issue and there are no returns on parts purchased from Canon.   You may contact Canon's Parts Department by dialing 1-866-481-2569.  The hours of operation the Parts Department are 9:00 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday.  They can provide you with availability and cost.
