My IVY 2 is printing vertical blue streaks

I was going to print some photos, then when it comes out there were streaks going from the top to the bottom in blueish green lines.i did some research and it said to clean it and run the blue card many times but nothing seemed to work please help

Since cleaning does not resolve the issue, the Ivy mini printer would require service. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
