IVY 2 mini printer won't charge

IVY 2 printer won't charge.  I'm located in Australia.  I have followed all of the information on the community sites to trouble shoot fixing my IVY2 printer that won't charge.  I purchased and have had to return 2 back to Amazon from Australia as neither would charge and now I am left with extra photo paper I purchased and no working IVY 2 printer and don't know whether to risk ordering another one?  Would there be some issue with charging as I am located in Australia and our power systems are different.  I am beyond frustrated at not being able to resolve this issue.
