SELPHY CP1200 Keeps telling me Wrong Paper Size

My canon selphy CP 1200 is working well with the wireless function and the mechanical function, but it keeps telling me wrong paper size

I purchased the correct paper pack, so I don’t understand why it does not recognize the paper size

Any advice?
