Hello, after not using my CP900 for quite a while I turned it on & the screen remains blank and bright white. I can't access the menu at all and the printer isn't seen on my network or by any devices. It does however urn on & cycle with the rollers turning, etc. I tried the reset mentioned in the forum for stuck screen units but it didn't work. Any other fixes?

Hi devery,
Based on your description of the issue, it would appear that your SELPHY CP900 would require service.
To obtain service for your CP900, please log in to your My Canon Account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin
Once logged in, click on your CP900
Click on the Product Support button
Scroll to the bottom and click on the Start Repair button
