I got this little printer some time ago and printed 2 photos on a test kit initially. Great!
This Holliday season I decided to send out some greeting cards to use the complete cartridge and paper kit I got along with the printer. What a failure! 2 photos came out with edges missing colors (all yellow), and then the printer informed me that the (brand new) cartridge was jammed and I needed to take it out and put it back. Tough luck. The cartridge stuck and would not go out even after suggested recycling.
This is the WORST printer I EVER had! Two good + two ruined photos with no pass forward? WOW!

Hi Alexi0,
It would appear that your SELPHY CP910 would require service.
To obtain service, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.
On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your SELPHY CP910.
Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.

Hi Alexi0,
Please try these steps to remove the cassette from your CP910:
1. Please turn your SELPHY CP910 off.
2. Open the side of the printer to access the ink cassette.
3. Push the cassette into the printer to ensure that it is secure.
4. Power your CP910 on and then back off again.
5. Once off, please attempt to remove the cassette again.
Once you have it removed, please use a brand new ink cassette with your CP910.

Yes, I saw that remedy and tried it several times. Nope. The cassette is stuck in the printer solid.

Oh well, since it's out of warranty and there is nothing I can do to fix it myself, it's a landfill.
