Hello.

The Community isn't the place for a billing issue. You'll need to reach out to Sales so they can investigate this and get it resolved. Call 800-385-2155, Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm (ET). When the automated system asks you if you need help with an existing sale or help making a purchase, tell it you need help making a purchase - that way you'll be able to speak with a person to explain what's going on.
