A note to the Powers That Be: Why don't you consider establishing a "Video" board in the "Camera" forum. The posts in the forum on video-related topics are numerous and wide-ranging, but those of us who are still photography specialists are clueless if we try to participate. My sense is that a board specializing in video-related topics would see a lot of activity, both by those seeking help and by those knowledgeable enough to help them. Anybody agree?

Yeah, what he said. That guy's wise. Call it "EOS Video"

Check out the "Camcorder" forum. The title might be misleading, but it's absolutely where you want to be!
You can find it HERE.
We hope this helps!

Stephen, I think Robert may have meant DSLR users who shoot in video mode. A sub-forum under "Camera" is what I thought he may have meant.

Here's a vote for 'not interested' in the least. Stills forever!

Ernie:
The point is to keep the video shooters from polluting "our" topics where we talk about stills. 8^)

1+ on that point.

How do you want that vote to be construed? I'd think that a "yes" vote on the proposed video board would be entirely consistent with your lack of interest in video, in that it might move some of the ongoing video discussion to a board that you could safely ignore.
