Remove Lens Registration

I am trying to remove a lens I sold, and I do not see the edit/trash icon at the top of the product as indicated in previous posts.  Also, if the product has a CarePak that hasn't expired yet, do I get reimbursed for the remaining time left or is it a loss?

The reason why the trash can is missing is because there's an active CarePak on the product.  A CarePak can be transferred one time to the new owner.  You can contact the CarePak team at 1-833-227-3725.
