Registration no showing device on list

Hi, I need your help with my registration. I have registered both my Mark IV and recently purchased M50 but none of them are showing up on my list of products. I have tried several time to add the product but it’s not showing up on my list. I also have the CarePAK policy for both but it’s not showing up either. Please advise on the error that your system is having.

I can verify that both the EOS 5D Mark IV and the EOS M50 are available for registration on www.registercanon.com.

 

If you'd like us to check your account details, I suggest that you email us your account details at eosdigitalsupport@cits.canon.com, and we can look into it further. If you are seeing any specific error message, then be sure to include that as well.
