RMA#

I can't get past the hour long wait time to talk to an agent.  When I have waited and asked for this RMA# to return a lens, I get transferred to another agent with another hour wait time.  I tried chatting, she told me I had to talk to a live agent.  Can anybody tell me how to return the lens and get credit, or get this RMA# they say you need to have?
