I am having the same problem with my Cannon i900D. Granted, it is an older machine, but it working fine a couple of weeks ago and today when I went to use it, it would not power up. I have checked connections, switched the outlet and no success. Any suggestions on what I may do to get it working?
To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes. Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on.
