My CPS membership isn't showing up nor any of my listed equipment!

Hello, The new MYID doesn't recognize that I'm a CPS member currently!  The only thing I get when entering the CPS section is the opportunity to sign up for a new plan and relist all my equipment.  I have been a member for 16 years and my current membership has 3 more months to go.  I cannot find a direct phone# or email to contact the CPS team directly, does anyone happen to have it?  I'm sure this has something to do with the new myid thing which also doesn't work when my VPN is turned on...so another issue to fix.
