Greetings,
Open the feeder cover. Folds out to the right. Now open the ADF cover, opens to the left. Ensure there is no tape or shipping materials present. Now close the ADF cover. Ensure the paper feeder guides are set to the appropriate width an insert a page. Does the printer acknowledge the paper being inserted to the ADF? It should make a small sound. Please follow the steps and reply.
