I was given a printer, but I can't find the model number. I have the serial number, but I don't know where to look to find the model number in order to connect to my computer.

Greetings,
Not even a picture?.. . Sorry we can't guess.
If you are in the US, Canon usually puts the model on the front panel of the printer, or there might be a lable on the bottom or back.
If you post an picture and the S/N, someone might be able to help.

Hi, NV72104!
Your Canon printer's model number should be displayed prominently on the top and/or front of the unit. Our model numbers typically begin with 2 or 3 letters (such as TS, TR, MX, MG, MB, MF, MP, LBP, iP, or iX) followed by up to 4 numbers.
We hope this helps!
