I hope I can explain this so someone will understand what I'm trying to say...
First, I'm using:
Canon Pixma IP7220
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium
SureThing Disc Labeler Gold 6
Ok, now to try to explain the issue:
When I try to print an image, either on a inkjet printable disc or on paper, when viewing the image in the labeling software or in the print image preview, the image is 'round', as it should be, but when I do the actual print the finished product has changed and it's scrunched into an egg shape rather than being round like it supposed to be.
I've been through all of the settings for both the printer and the labeling software and nothing changes....
I attempted to use the Canon Image Garden software but it won't allow me to make the edits I need like adding other images or the text I need on top of the background image.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and what, if anything, did you do to correct it?
