I'm unable to print a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2" Greeting card correctly & wonder if it's a printer setting prob

I'm unable to correctly print a 4 1/4 X5 1/2" greeting card & wonder if it might be a problem with the printer settings.  I have a Hallmark card program & can't find that size to print.  It doesn't halp to manually enter the size.   Thanks.

If you are using a PIXMA series printer, you would have to specify a "custom" paper size before printing.  Please access the print menu from your Windows or Mac OSX computer and specify a custom paper size.  You will be prompted to enter the dimensions of your paper before printing.

Also, load the paper with the 5 1/2" in side standing vertically in the rear tray of the printer.
