I get a vertical line in the middle of scanned and copied documents but NOT on printed ones.

In order to help figure out why your documents are getting a line in them, our community and our Subject Matter Experts need to know what printer you are using. Once you provide that, we all will be able to help you out!

I have a similar problem when scanning with my Canon ImageClass 8050Cn.

I get a blue line down the length of the page during scanning, but NOT during copying or printing.

Any ideas?
