My camera was showing a 20 error so I sent it in for repair under warranty. Tracking of the shipping showed my camera was received by Canon last Thursday. I haven’t heard from them to acknowledge they’ve received it or with an estimate on how long the repair will take. Has anyone sent their camera in for repair to canon, and if so, how long did the process take? I’m in Australia and sent the camera to Sydney.
