Hi, still awaiting the cashback from November. Was it a hoax just to get you to buy the product? The only answers i get are it's being processed. For five months?

Canon USA doesn't offer cash back. Was your product purchased from Canon USA?

Hi, no in the UK. They've already said I wouldn't get the double discount, even though I bought it in the correct window.
