Hi !
I use a 5600F for a long time, just fine. I just received a few weeks ago a new computer that runs with W10.
I use the latest version for the [one and only] 5600F driver (sd64-win-5600f-14_0_7a-ea24.exe).
Strangely, the result of scanning is really too bright when I scan in 600dpi; while everything is normal in 300dpi.
I didn't change (and, in fact, I can't change) the colorimetric profiles.
For now I don't know where I could look for. Someone have an idea ?
Thanks for your help,
Fanny

Hi Fanny,
What program are you using to scan with your CanoScan 5600F?

I use 'Scanneur', the default scan program in W10. I was not able to install another one.
