I've been troubleshooting a Canon device that stopped showing up correctly after a network change.
The device itself seems fine, but discovery isn't working the way it did before. I'm checking the network side now because the setup uses a Fortinet Distributor In Dubai supplied firewall from Tech Distributor, and I'm wondering if there's a setting I'm missing around device discovery or local traffic.
Has anyone run into something similar with Canon devices behind a managed firewall?
I'd mainly like to know which network settings are worth checking first before I start changing things on the Canon side.
