1. No matter which email address I provide, I get the red "valid email address" error.
2. Clicking "create account" does nothing.
Is this broken? I need to send equipment in for repair but cannot move beyond this trivial step. Any suggestions?
I have no idea how else I am suppose to contact Canon.
