How often do Canon rebates come out? I think I just missed 'em, and I'm going to be in the market for a new camera soon.

 I bought two different models cameras bundles t6 and t6i with Canon PIXMA PRO 100 and got denied for a rebate. Even though I gotten approved before for this to my other house. The rebate form says that your eligible for one rebate per eligible product and the cameras are eligible products. Yet I'm getting denied. Is there anything or anybody that I can maybe contact? Also I been approved for this before to my other house.
